Holds courses of trainers’ studies for volleyball which is as follows:

  1. The basic study of trainers organized by the Egyptian Union in Cairo

    during the period from 2/5/1999 to 17/5/1999 and duration of 120

    hours.

  2. Advanced study of trainees and organized by the Egyptian Union in

    Cairo during the period from15/5/2000 to 27/5/2000 and duration of

    90 hours and passed with a very good estimate.

  3. Advanced studies of the International Federation level I in the period

    15/1/2006 to 26/1/2006.

  4. Advanced studies from the International Federation level II in the

    period 17/5/2013 to 29/5/2013.

  5. Advanced studies of the International Federation level III in 2015.
  6. Lecturer in the International Federation of the first level in Cairo 2016

 

Experience As Player

** Captain Maged Mustafa has been in the Al Ahly volleyball team since1979 and has won all the tournaments until joining the club’s first team in 1987.

** He was captain of Al Ahli’s first team from 1994 until 2005. Captain Maged led the first volleyball team Efficiently, which contributed to the club’s access to the following tournaments: –

  • 9 African Men Championships of Clubs
  • 11 African Championship of Cup Winners
  • 12 league T ournaments
  • 9 Egypt Cup Championships
  • 5 Arab Tournaments** With the testimony of the coach and his captors Captain Maged was committed to good behavior and adhering to the principles of the great club.

    The tournaments that the Egyptian team won during the period of Captain Maged Mustafa’s presence in the ranks of players since 1989 until 2005:

    1 – African Games: Zimbabwe 1995, Nigeria 2003
    2 – African Nations Championship: Egypt 2005
    3 – Arab Championship for Nations: Lebanon 1997, Algeria 2004

    4 – Participated in the World Championships Japan in 1995, 1998

    5 – Participated in the World Cup Japan in 1996

    Thirdly:

    He led the Army Club team from 2006/2007 until 2009/2010 and took third place in the Egyptian league for two years and second place in 2008/2009 and won second place in the Egyptian Cup in 2009/2010

    Fourthly:

    Personal Achievements:

    Captain Maged got the best play maker in Africa 10 times. In addition, he had won the best play maker in the Arab Championships 8 times

     

    Experience as Head Coach 

    1. 2018-present  Head coach of Sporting club women team
      During these two seasons; the team achieved 3rd place on the 2019 Arab championship, 8th of African championship held in Egypt, and won the 2nd place on Sharija Arab tournament 2020 held on Emirates. Domestically the team captured 2nd place on 2018/2019 cup championship
    2. 2017 head Coach of the women national team in the African women championship held in Cameron
    3. 2017 head Coach of the girls’ team under the age of 23 in the world championship in Slovenia
    4. 2017 head Coach of the youth team under the age of 21 in the world championship in Czech Republic.
    5. 2016-2017 Head coach of Heliopolis Sports Club.
    6. 2013-2016 Head coach of Sporting Club.

      During this period, Sporting club won the sixth place in 2015- 2016 after the team was ranked 12th in 2012. The club won the fourth place in the general ranking and the same budget.

    7. 2013 coach of the Egyptian national team for women’s African qualifiers in Uganda
    8. 2013 coach of the Egyptian team under-18 youth world championships in Thailand.
